iLabor Staffing Web Portal Developed for ClearPoint

Clear Point Business Resources, Inc., through its subsidiary, Clear Point Resources, Inc., provides workforce management solutions in the United States. The company’s workforce management solutions include outsourcing placement and recruiting services, vendor management services, and staff augmentation programs. It also provides business services, including business process outsourcing, support services, and benefits solutions and administration for clients; and project-based staff augmentation services, such as executive search, temporary and permanent placement, contract recruiting services, and short and long-term hourly based assignments for clients in commercial services and professional services in the transportation, logistics, and distribution industries.

Project Description

mPower was engaged by ClearPoint to develop the iLabor Staffing Web Portal. The iLabor™ Network is the largest virtual marketplace for finding and placing contingent talent positions. iLabor clients place all of their contingent talent staffing needs into our iLabor™ portal and the orders are simultaneously released to our network of talent providers – The iLabor™ Network. Talent providers receive real time access to all open orders, filled orders, in process orders, pricing, spend data, and fill rates. Associates time worked will be entered in our iLabor™ portal and a reverse invoice will be generated every Friday and emailed directly. Clients are billed weekly and providers will receive payment upon receipt of funds from client to ClearPoint as per a provider agreement.

iLabor operates through a web portal, VMS technology. It provides for the capability to be a VMS or MSP. It contains all the reporting and requisition capabilities of the most advanced VMS, but we can operate in any capacity.

mPower was involved in all aspects of the development effort, including requirements development, design, coding, testing, implementation, training and production support.
