Vaidyanathan (Naru) Narayanan

Mr. Narayanan is the Founder and Managing Member of mPower Software Services, LLC. He previously served as President and Chairman of mPact India Private Ltd. from 2001 to 2005, and as President and Chairman of mPower’s predecessor company, International Software Consulting (ISC) from 1994 to 2001.

Prior to forming ISC, Mr. Narayanan was Senior Relationship Manager for Syntel, with global responsibility for major outsourcing relationships with IBM and American International Group. He previously served as U.S. Regional Director with Tata Burroughs. He held numerous other roles at Tata, including Program Manager and Regional Director roles in France and North Africa.

Mr. Narayanan holds an undergraduate degree from Birla Institute for Technology and Science (BITS-Pilani) and a MBA from The Indian Institute of Management.

Timothy J. McNamara

Mr. McNamara was named Managing Partner and Vice President, Sales and Finance, in January, 2006. He previously served as a Director of the Company from 1999 to 2005. Before joining mPower in 1999, he was Senior Business Director with Temple University’s School of Medicine from 1993 to 1998 and Finance Manager from 1991 to 1993. He previously held a number of positions with Fidelity Bank’s Title Insurance subsidiary including Vice President of Operations and Director of Finance and Technology.

Mr. McNamara is a graduate of LaSalle University and holds an MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.

Edward J. Smith

Mr. Smith was named Managing Partner in January, 2006 and has been Vice President of Consulting Services since 2001. For 12 years he worked for CIGNA on a number of large scale technology deployments for the Special Risk Division. He organized and lead early adoption of the PMO concept within CIGNA, and successfully extended his expertise to large scale projects. During Mr. Smith’s tenure with mPower he has delivered customized consulting services to our clients in the pharmaceutical, public utility, and civil service domains.

Ed holds numerous industry certifications, and has consulted with our clients in the areas of Program Management, Service Level Management (ITIL) and Quality Assurance (6 Sigma). Ed holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from West Chester University.

Michael S. Soroka

Mr. Soroka was named Senior Account Executive in December, 2009. He previously served as Senior Account Manager since joining mPower in October, 2004.

Prior to joining mPower Mr. Soroka worked for Ajilon Professional Staffing from 1997 to 2004 as a Government and Commercial Accounts Manager and Security Officer. From 1985 to 1987 he held a number of positions with H.L. Yoh Company including Account Manager, Recruiting Manager and Secret Clearance Officer. Michael also served as an Admissions Director at Spring Garden College from 1977 to 1985. Mr. Soroka is a graduate of Spring Garden College.

Mark A. Buscaglia

Mr. Buscaglia was named Managing Partner and Vice President of Managed Services in January, 2009. For 7 years he held a number of positions at QVC Network as a member of their Broadcast/ Technical Operations Team. He developed and established QVC’s Pioneer Studios and oversaw QVC’s Remote Broadcast Operations. In 1999, he helped to establish Gemnet; a U.S. based on-line jewelry/ e-commerce presence for the Signity/ Swarovski group.

Over the next 8 years, Mr. Buscaglia oversaw and implemented a number of large scale broadcast/ technical integration initiatives for ESPN, CNN, TNT, Tishman Speirs, WGN, MTN, Jack Morton Worldwide, ARAMARK and Radian Group.

Mark holds a B.F.A degree in Drawing from Kutztown University.

Sanjay V. Shetye

Mr. Shetye was named Director – Consulting Services in 2015. He has held a number of positions of increasing importance since joining our organization in June, 1998. He has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, with a focus on strategy development, implementation, offshore client relationship management from both sides of the delivery organization (US and India). Mr. Shetye seeks ways to apply technology to business processes, researching and providing information on technical trends and competitors’ practices relevant to the assigned peer business; partners with customers to develop business case justification for projects; identifies customer business requirements for significant enhancements to existing systems and for new development projects; translates requirements into business rules and user interfaces; coordinate systems design efforts with end user interactions. He has established and led new accounts and new projects and leads our organization in strategic planning, program execution, and project management. He has participated in multiple business consulting projects and has served as a Business Delivery Owner (BDO) for several small to large scale projects within the U.S. and abroad.

Mr. Shetye has consulted with many customers including Cigna, Walmart and MasterCard. He holds a B.S. degree from Mumbai University.
